This project involved the rehabilitation of flooring in a food processing facility using a high-performance urethane cement system. The existing substrate was carefully prepared through surface grinding and repair of damaged areas to ensure proper adhesion and a long-lasting installation.
The urethane cement was applied to create a seamless, non-porous, and highly durable surface designed to withstand extreme conditions commonly found in the food industry, including thermal shock, heavy traffic, moisture, and chemical exposure.

The final result is a hygienic, easy-to-clean flooring system that meets strict sanitary requirements while improving safety, durability, and operational efficiency within the facility.
